Updates To Your Site

From time to time, you’ll want your web site updated to show new work (e.g., you may want to update your resume).

During the 1st year after your site goes live I will make all simple updates free. In each subsequent year, I’ll make all the simple updates you want for a one-time payment of $120 for the entire year.

Specifically, "simple updates" includes making changes to the text of your resume (for example, adding a new film role), changing the text on an existing page on your site, adding a few photos, a couple of new audio recordings, or a video or two to an existing page, and so on. I will make up to two updates per month for the annual fee. Site re-design, major alteration, or adding new pages would be at an additional cost.
Hosting

To let people view your site, you’ll have to obtain a web domain name (like myname.com) and get a hosting service to host your web site. At godaddy.com, for example, a domain name costs about $11 per year and their hosting service, with enough disk space and bandwidth for your videos, photos, etc., is about $5 to $7 per month.

Hosting setup: I will work with your hosting provider to setup your site on their server (some web design companies charge $50 and up for this).

Note: I like godaddy.com for hosting, but whichever hosting provider you choose, hosting charges will be paid to a company separate and distinct from me (I get nothing out of it).

- I will make your standard resume downloadable and printable on your site
3)  PHOTO GALLERY (as many photos as you want*)
I will work with all your photos in Photoshop® to improve their image quality, reduce their size for faster download speeds in browsers, and crop them properly.
4)  VIDEOS, if you have a demo reel and/or other edited videos in digital format (as many videos as you want*)
If you want me to edit your videos, I can do so for a small additional charge. For example, if you have a DVD of a 30 minute show or a file of a 15 minute short, I can edit those pieces to just highlight your scenes; however, there will be an extra charge for this service.
5)  VOICEOVERS, if you have voiceover demos (as many audio files as you want*)
6)  BIO, could be a separate page or integrated into another page
7)  CONTACTS
8)  REVIEWS, if you have reviews of your work
9)  BLOG, if you want a link to your personal blog from your site
10) CALENDAR, if you want a calendar of your show appearances on your site, I can link your Google calendar to your site (you choose which events in your calendar will appear on your site); you just add your show appearances to your personal calendar and they show up on your site!
Here's a list of typical pages you can choose to have on your site. But you are not limited to these; the choices are yours. For example, you might wish to have a single "Media" page containing both video and voiceover clips, or you may want contacts listed only on your resume. Note that you can have as many videos, photos, and audio clips as you choose.

I can also setup links from your site to PayPal so you can be paid by clients using PayPal or credit cards directly on your site.
